My favorite russian food is pelmeni. You need dough and meat to make pelmeni. Pelmeni can be cooked boiled and fried. Boiled pelmeni are cooked in hot water. Fried pelmeni are cooked on pan in sundflower oil. Pelmeni is very delicious and hearty, but fried pelmeni is very fat and harmful.Pelmeni ...(здесь должно быть слово "подаются", надеюсь на вашу помощь) with sour cream or mayonnaise.

Вообще, очень хорошее письмо. Ошибок практически нет. А вы в каком классе?

В 7 классе по английскому была 2/3 оценка, сейчас уже 4/5. Самое главное: заставить свой мозг думать)
