In response to the question "Have you ever been involved in an accident?" I would answer:

Yes, I have been involved in an accident before. It was a car accident that happened a few years ago when I was driving home from work. It was on the highway, and there were several other cars involved in the accident as well. I think it was caused by the heavy rain and slippery road conditions.

I don't think it was anyone's fault in particular, but I remember feeling really scared and anxious at the time. Luckily, nobody was seriously injured, but there were a few minor injuries and some damage to the cars involved.

In the end, the police came and took statements from everyone involved, and the insurance companies dealt with the claims. It was a really stressful experience, but I learned a lot from it, and I'm grateful that everyone came out of it relatively unscathed
