Nowadays people are in improbable rithm of life therefore they have three or five minutes for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will tell you about my personal meal. I usually have two or three meals a day on weekdays and four meals on my day off. My breakfast is a full meal and I have it at 7 o\'clock. It is usually porridge, sausages, eggs and a cup of tea.Then I have lunch at 12 o\'clock. I have a soup, sandwiches and juice. And at last dinner. I have salad, fish and pasta.
