Do you know any tales about clever animals?

There are quite many tales about clever animals. The first one that comes to my mind is \"The Little Golden Key or the Adventures of Buratino\" by Alexey Tolstoy. I think everybody remembers Alice, the Fox, and Basilio, the Cat, who make money pretending to be blind. Real businessmen! And when they tell Buratino about the Field of Miracles, he puts the golden coin in a hole on the field thinking that in the morning there will be a tree with coins. Poor silly Buratino and foxy Alice and Basilio.
