My favourite food is dumplings. Some people say they are Russian traditional food, some say they are Ukrainian. Anyway, they are enormously tasty and easy to cook!Damplings are small meatballs wrapped up in dough and boiled for 10 minutes. The best thing about dumplings is the number of sauces to serve them. You can use mayonnaise or ketchup, mustard or chrain, soy sauce or wasabi, vinegar with garlic and pepper or sour-cream with herbes. Eat them warm or cold, using fork of by hand - you won\'t be disappointed!
