    Sleep is important for teenagers, because it`s very important for everybody. Sleep helps to keep health for many years. But some teens like to play computer games or go to night clubs during night and then go to jobs, university. So they feel themself tired. New research suggests that it's necessary to sleep about 8 hours a day. Melatonin is a hormone, that normalizes a person's sleep. Melatonin is very good for humans body, it can create muscles. So if you want to feel good it's necessary to sleep enough time.
