I would require my employees to show their manners, treat the process with the professionalism, and demand the high-quality of the meals that they are supposed to make. This way, the restaurant would gain a reputation for the top-notch service and food, which will only make possible to increase the prices and make the most in profits. In my opinion, this is the approach that everyone should take for administering the restaurants.
