анонимI am glad to hear that you have decided to improve your health and go on a diet.
From my little experience a healthy diet consists of taking smaller meals more often during the day, and you should eat no later than 6pm at night. For example, instead of 3 meals a day you can have 5 small size snacks consisting of healthy foods.
Your meals need to be healthy, i.e. you should reduce eating bread, butter, red meat, processed meat and fast food products which contain a lot of fat. You should increase your intake of fruit and vegetables, which you can eat without limits.
You also need to eat food which contain protein, such as nuts, oily fish and green vegetables.
I hope you will become healthy and slim very soon.
