Modern technologies have changed our world dramatically. Life has become more dynamic and much more exciting. “Online” reality” has become more popular. People enjoy their involvement in the “today’s developments”. They have a feeling that they can influence the situation. So, television and computer games have become much more popular than books.  

Reading books may seem a little boring and time-consuming. People have to make much efforts to understand things described in the books and to visualize them. Some readers have difficulty to concentrate on reading being distracted by many other things. It is much easier and more exciting for them to be “led” by the TV broadcasts and to respond to the interactive games’ challenges. So, books might disappear in the future, because they will not be of big demand.
