    • We use make when a person is forced to do something, that is someone`s ordered him to do it (e.g. My brother made me clean his bedroom - it was the brother who`s charged the person with the task).
    • Let is used in case when you do not prevent the person from doing something, that is you allow them to do this (e.g. He let me run away this time).
    • Be allowed to is in a passive voice, so we should look from the perspective of the doer of the action - someone has received permission to do something (e.g. Jim was allowed to go to the party at night).
