How are you? Hope everything is going well.
In the last email you wrote me that you wanted to go on a diet and lose some weight. I think it`s a good decision, because our body needs healthy food. I know that you should eat more fruit and vegetables, especially in the morning. It`s better to forget about sweets, bread, potatoes and soda. Also it`s recommended to go in for sports. If you don`t have enough time for gymnasium, you should just walk a lot. And don`t eat before sleeping. If you are hungry late in the evening, take some tea or yogurt without sugar.
This is my advice. I`m sure you will do your best in order to get great results!
