In my opinion, Almaty is an incredibly beautiful city to live in, and I think so for the three following reasons. First of all, a lot of the famous Kazakh attractions are located on the grounds of the city, thereby making it a pretty cool touristy place. Secondly, the city is full of green: parks, squares, and alleys are located all across Almaty, which I particularly enjoy. Finally, I enjoy conversing with the locals at Almaty because they belong to the sub-culture inside of the general Kazakh one.
