анонимHealth is one of the most important things for us. If a person is ill wealth is nothing. There are six “doctors” that help us to be keep our health. They are sunshine, water, rest, fresh air, exercise and diet. We have to do sports to be healthy. We must do exercises, swim in rivers or lakes. We have to be in seaside. We must drink much tea or juice. We must be in fresh air. If we are sick we must consult a doctor. We must do his recommendations. We mustn\'t go out, take medicines, drink much water and keep diet.
