In my opinion, sports still are relevant and play an important role in the society. I think so for the three following reasons ultimately. First of all, sports help a person to form his or her character, which may be, indeed, helpful sometime later during life while looking for a career for example. Secondly, sports are useful in helping to stay in a good shape and decrease the chance of diseases for everyone involved. Finally, sports are fun to play and offer an incredible opportunity for kids to stay busy.
