Для начала разберёмся, как образуется Past Simple:

Утвердительное: подлежащее + глагол в 2 форме или с окончанием -ed 

Отрицательное: подлежащее + вспомогательный глагол did + частница not + bare infinitive 

Вопросительное: вспомогательный глагол did + подлежащее + bare infinitive.

1) Did you buy the vegetables I asked you to ? 

2) I told him that I did not want to go to that party, but he made me to!

3) Where did you get this bruise ? It is huge !

4) I won ten thousand dollars in a lottery yesterday !
