Many families have pets. People buy pets on the basis of their attachments and desires. The most common species are cats, dogs and birds. Rare people decide to have  exotic animal, such as snakes, spiders, monkeys. And some venture to buy even a crocodile! If I had a choice of what animal to have, it would be a raccoon.
