1. Well, I can agree with the second part of the statement which says that we go to school to learn. But we get there some more important lessons than just reading or speaking in public. We learn to distinguish good from bad, black from white, we make the first true friends and realize the value of real friendship.

2. I don`t agree with this statement. Friends can`t be a waste of time. All the people in our life are important. Let`s just imagine that we don`t have friends. Then who will share with us the happiest and the saddest moments? Who will help us when we need it? Who will just listen to us when we want to express the feelings and give us a hug? I think, it`s impossible to live without friendship.

3. I think it`s true. We live in a society, so we have to be sociable. We can have one friend or ten, it doesn`t matter. Friendship matters.
