Where was television invented?

TV-set is normal thing at each house nowadays. But not all people know its history of creating. The first serial television receivers \"Vision\" with a 45-line mechanical scan began to be produced by the American company \"Western Television\" in 1929 at a price of slightly less than 100 dollars. Nowadays there are do many kinds of TV-sets with smart screens, different functions, internet, etc. But we use them of course for rest and entertainment.
