4.    Being fast microcomputers are effective for carrying out complicated computations.

5.    Many kinds of vegetables can grow in the North Light compensating heat.

6.    Personal computers being used for many purposes, scientists go on improving their characteristics.

7.    The worker inspecting the motor, the engineer made some valuable remarks.

8.    People crossing the street, I had to stop my car.

9.    Having discussed everything we went home.

10. It is growing dark, let’s hurry.

1. Taking (Participle I, обстоятельство) his seat, he looked at his watch. 

2. Their room had two curtained  (Participle II, определение) windows looking (Participle I, определение) over the street, a couch with cushions, an almost empty bookcase and some photographs of the family standing (Participle I, определение) on it. 

3. When questioned (Participle II, обстоятельство) closely, she said it was true that she hadn't seen (Participle II, часть сказуемого) her husband up and about lately. 

4. And each answer made (Participle II, определение) was written (Participle II, часть сказуемого) down quickly upon the sheets of paper.
